    We’re Hiring a CVFF Office Coordinator for our Middletown, PA office. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Country View Family Farm Teams, both in the office, on the farms and out in the field.  You will be a vital component in the success of our daily operations.

    What You Would Be Doing

    • Perform moderately complex clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating, summarizing documents and
    • Use PC, calculator, and other standard office equipment for recording, storing, retrieving, and compiling information.
    • Sets-up and maintain files, records and records.
    • Maintain accurate records and submit them in a timely manner to the supervisor.
    • Verifies completeness and accuracy of information.
    • Compile regular and special reports using established formats and procedures.
    • Possess knowledge of organization or department procedures.
    • Responsible for the office facility.
    • Communicate with building owner for coordination of Facility maintenance.
    • Maintains office and supplies.


    This Role is for You if:

    • You have a High School Diploma or a General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • You are multi-task oriented and a team player.
    • You possess good computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs and accounting programs.(Excel, Access, Word, etc)
    • You possess good verbal and written communication skills.
    • You possess good interpersonal and analytical skills.
    • You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • You are experienced in providing highly accurate data entry.
    • You are able to prioritize to ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.
    • You may need to lift storage boxes/office supplies weighting up to 25 pounds.
