    Clemens Food Group is seeking an energetic and charismatic Recruiter that will be responsible for attracting & selecting top talent for the organization. The recruiter must be a reputable business partner to hiring managers that effectively builds and maintains relationships both internally and externally to fill open positions and proactively builds a talent pipeline for the future. Own the Pipeline - Priority 1 - 20% of Time Conduct weekly networking activity using external and internal resources for sourcing talent Coordinate and monitor Engagement quarterly with each Pipeline candidate Lead school recruiting initiative team- Align internal Team Members with schools and set KPIs around expected activities and candidates Contact internal resources to build external pipeline Attend career fairs Build pipeline through social media networks Research and participate in external events to build pipeline Build relationships with new schools to develop networking connections Develop communication materials for Engagement with pipeline candidates Sourcing - Priority 2 - 30% of Time Working to build sourcing numbers for active open positions Facilitate internal job fair Execute internal sourcing strategy track success rate of career fairs Selection - Priority 3 - 50% of Time Conduct profile review with hiring manager Verify reference checks have been conducted with hiring managers for potential exempt team members Reinforce labor laws around recruitment Interview exempt candidates Conduct phone screenings of applicants Marketing Intel/Best Practices - Priority 4 - 5% of Time Seek feedback on candidates who accept different offers Document learnings from potential candidates regarding total rewards, culture; seek best practices Evaluate effectiveness of job posting ads and provide feedback to internal team Coach hiring managers in recruitment best practices Conduct training on interviewing techniques Stay up to date on current best hiring practices Provide feedback to management team regarding hiring process Team CFG - Priority 5 - 5% of Time Participate in special projects per the needs of the organization Organizational Improvement team meetings Participate in cross functional teams Actively engage for growth Build relationships with hiring managers to better understand pipeline needs


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborates with hiring managers in the identification of staffing numbers
    • Generate leads, screen resumes, conduct interviews and provide recommendations for qualified candidate hires
    • Assist hiring managers in scheduling of candidate interviews
    • Generate and track requests for local ad placements
    • Maintain candidate database, including applicant tracking details
    • Assist sites to formulate & execute sourcing plans to meet recruitment needs
    • Participate in special projects as needed which will include overnight travel
    • Work closely with HR Business Partners and Recruitment Coordinator




    • Demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain a high level of confidentiality
    • Must have the ability to work variable hours to support various shifts ( 1st, 2nd and 3rd ) assigned business partners and candidate pool
    • Ensure a sense of urgency and problem-solving capability exists when projects are assigned and deadlines are met
    • Strong verbal and written communication and consulting skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Internet
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Human Resources, related field
    • high-volume recruiting in staffing environment a must
    • Ability to source and develop high volume pipeline a must
    • 3-5 years of professional experience with prior interviewing experience preferred
    • Fluent in English & Spanish or Bermese  strongly preferred
    • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time is required; flexibility to travel with limited notice is a plus
    • 3 - 5 years of experience in sourcing and hiring preferred
    •  Bachelor's degree strongly preferred 
    • Experience using Social Media( Twitter, LinkedIn,) preferred
